a compounding assistant Thomas George Sprys use
laboratory equipment to prepare medication as
specified by a prescribing physician.

many years of experience as a staff nurse. He is
currently running and operating a subsidiary
company to a pharmacy called Over The Counter
Medication.

his name including Official Statement of Status
of Eligibility to Teach by the Florida Department
of Education, and Florida Merit Academic
Scholarship.

Thomas Sprys has volunteered at Shepherds Hope
Medical center providing medical referrals for
uninsured people. Thomas also distributed
pharmacy vouchers to people for free medication.
He helped with medical exams as well.
