precaution POINTS

• Sharp edges are not acceptable. The corner radius
  should be at least 5.0mm.
• Sufficient front and back end discard is to be
  given, so that no piping and powder or slag
  entrapment is there in the billets.
• Billet length should be as per P.O.
• Both end of the billets, should be cut through
  gas cutting or band saw cutting with proper
  finish.
• Straightness should be 4mm/meter maximum. It
  should be measured at one single curve only.
• Buckles in the middle and end of the billets are
  not allowed
