Jasdeep Singh worked as the Principal at
Riverside Magnet School, East Hartford, CT for 3
years. He also outperformed as the Principal at
Wolcott Elementary School, West Hartford CT for 3
years as well. While working there, Jasdeep Singh
led two public schools identified as high-need,
each with over 400 students, 80 staff, and
multiple departments.

Jasdeep Singh led budgets in excess of six
million dollars, managing personnel, structural,
and programmatic components. Jasdeep Singh
increased the number of students and staff by 35
by implementing and leading a growth plan that
utilized state funding.

Jasdeep Singh goes to the University Of
Connecticut School Of Business and he is doing a
Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Formerly, he went to University of Hartford and
earned Doctorate of Education in Educational
Leadership.

Jasdeep Singh utilized data to create and
implement new programming that led to increased
student outcomes with minimal programmatic costs.
He also collaborated with marketing to advance
enrollment through messaging of our school, its
offerings, and overall results.
