  • Power
  • Power is known as one of the most important
    factors when we talk about sports performance.

    of force rather than the development of force.

  • Speed is known to be a defining characteristic of

  • Strength can be defined as the ability to produce

    You should make sure that the strength training
    should be a foundation of your training program

  • Coordination
  • It is considered critical to success in many
    sports. This is specifically important in sports
    that require athletes to use bat, stick, club or
    ball to play. You may find it difficult to
    measure but is crucial in sports that require
    hand-eye interactions.

  • You can consider agility as a hybrid of speed,
    power, and coordination. In general, you can
    consider agility as the ability to start, stop
    and change direction quickly. You can get some

    reaching high sporting performance. The relative
    importance of each is dependent on the sport

    Program and the Elite Sports Performance Program.
    In Youth Sports Performance Program, the
    participants are between ages 7- 13. In this
    program, we focus on building stronger,
    intelligent and confident athletes. In this
    program, we enhance body awareness, foot speed,
    bodyweight strength, coordination and
    self-confidence. Our coaches are former high
    school and collegiate athletes who are mentors
    first and coaches second.
  • Elite Sports Performance Program is for
    competitive athletes who are 13 who wants to
    take the next step in their athletic careers.
    Here each athlete will get an assessment on
    structural integrity, bilateral leg strength,
    sprint mechanics as well as vertical leap trials
    and agility.
