    ignore maintenance charges. but it is one of the
    main key factors when it comes to home buying is
    considered.

Calculate charges before Booking itself
  • All the housing societies require the
    residentials to pay the maintenance charges it
    may vary from project to project. buyers must
    check maintenance charges before booking the
    flat. this should be calculated before you
    decided to pay the booking amount to the
    developer. then you will get an idea of how much
    you need to pay as maintenance charges. for Plot
