3How To Prepare Pulao Recipe
Heat water in a pan and partially boil the
basmati rice. Sieve the boiled rice. Heat
olive oil in a pan. Add bay leaves cloves,
cinnamon stick, cumin seeds and the chopped
vegetables.

Toss and add red chilli powder coriander powder,
turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt. Mix
well. Add the partially boiled rice with
salt. Mix well. Serve hot in a plate and
garnish with coriander leaves.
