Creatinine is a type of waste that kidney filters
and releases along with the urine. But when the

Red Bell Peppers
It is a less known fact that everyone knows, red
bell pepper is not a vegetable but a fruit. It is
low in potassium and rich in vitamin, B6, A
folic acid. Red bell peppers are a great source
of anti-oxidant properties. It helps in reducing

Apples
