Kiev is the traditional and most commonly used
English name for the city.Kyiv is used officially
by the city, and it is gaining in frequency in
English-language sources. As a prominent city
with a long history, its English name was subject
to gradual evolution. The spelling Kiev was
derived from the Old East Slavic form Kyjevu
(Cyrillic). The name is associated with that of
Kyi , the legendary eponymous founder of the
city.

woodland ecological zone, Originally on the right
bank, today Kiev is located on both sides of
the Dnieper, which flows southwards through the
city towards the Black Sea In total, there are
448 bodies of open water within the boundaries of
Kiev, which include the Dnieper itself, its
reservoirs, and several small rivers, dozens of
lakes and artificially created ponds. They occupy
7949 hectares, the city has 16 developed beaches
(totalling 140 hectares) and 35 near-water
recreational areas (covering more than 1,000
hectares)..

  University of UAFM is a Ukrainian higher learning
  institution. Established in 1992, the university
  has trained over 10,000 health personnelmainly
  general practitioners, dentists and pharmacists.
  As of August 2014, about 1000 foreign students
  study at KMU.
• As a university with the highest level of
  accreditation by the Ministry of Education and
  Science of Ukraine, all degrees issued to
  foreign students are legalized and apostilized by
