Artificial Intelligence has made great leaps in
technology and it is used in most of the
applications and fields. With respect to
business application, they are used in employee
management systems, interactive search
assistants, and predictive trends. Its rising
demand has led to some countries like UAE having
a dedicated ministry for AI.
4Digital marketing is one of the major
applications, where AI has forayed into.
It is able to create novel solutions for
automating and managing the companys marketing
thereby helping the entrepreneurs on par with
large companies marketing.

designated audience and ultimately competing
with larger corporations.

AI based Search engines can now understand user
queries and understand the intention for the
publisher whenever contents are searched. These
search engines work well based on the intent of
the user by using various deep learning
algorithms and rank the links accordingly. The
websites ranking are related to the quality, most
sites try to maintain the quality of the content
to remain on top of the search engine
rankings. AI based analytics tools provide
better insights for managing the campaigns,
planning the budgets and analysing the return of
investment.

Using AI based Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
is one of the ways entrepreneurs can market
their website and stay on top. Using AI, they
can create algorithms with respect to the users
rather than predefined algorithms. Their
machine learning capabilities allows gathering of
information and prediction in marketing the
content. With this, entrepreneurs can improve
their sales, make personalised content as per
the user and increase the user engagement. AI
based SEO can use the Key Performance Indicators
(KPI) of the company to create an effective work
impact.
7Current Usage of AI
- In spite of these advantages, not many users use
automated AI, only 26 use completely automated
AI, while the rest use manual assisted AI. - A recent research has shown that around 40 of
users do not have any intention to use AI in the
coming year. - Out of the remaining 28 were intending to use
it, while 32 were already using it. - This slow adoption is due to lack of knowledge on
the subject, hence there is a major scope in the

9Conclusion
However this trend is changing with many people
moving to automatic AI. In the future, no stone
would be left unturned, where every small
entrepreneur would have moved to fully automated
AI. The digital marketing executives no longer
require to search lots of data from variety of
sources. Those who adopt and change adjust
rapidly to the changing trend will survive and
win the marketing race.
