Contract Treatment

• It is loss of clarity of the natural lens, which
  prevents light rays from reaching the retina. It
  might vary from slight grayish discolouration of
  lens to pearly white or brownish-black coloured
  lens depending on the stage and type of cataract.

Glaucoma Treatment

• Glaucoma is the name given to a set of different
  eye disorders which cause progressively
  increasing damage to the optic nerve, leading to
  progressive irreversible loss of visual field.
  The optic nerve connects and transmits visual
  signals from the eye to the brain. In most types
  of glaucoma, the pressure within the eye is
  higher than normal, and this high pressure
  directly damages the nerve. Not every eye with
  high pressures develops glaucoma, however, it is
  a known risk factor and people with high
  pressures therefore need regular eye examinations
  to rule out glaucoma. There is no specific level
  of eye pressure that definitely causes glaucoma
  or eliminates the risk of glaucoma. In some cases
  normal pressures can still lead to glaucoma.
  Advanced glaucoma can lead to blindness, hence
  its early diagnosis and treatment is imperative

Retinal Treatment

• There is no medical treatment for retinal
  detachment, like injections, tablets or eye
  drops. This problem can only be treated with
  surgery, and the sooner the better.In its
  earliest stages, external laser can be done to
  seal the retinal tears or holes, or prevent a
  small detachment from extending. Scleral Buckling
  surgery is an external surgery in which the
  doctor sews a silicone band to the outer layers
  of eyeball, which pushes the eye-wall inward
  against the hole and closes it. This reduces the
  fluid flow through it allowing the retina to
  reattach. Vitrectomy surgery is an internal
  surgery which involves removal of vitreous jelly,
  attaching the retina, doing laser to seal the
  holes, and replacing the vitreous with silicone
  oil or gas.
