There are certain days of the year when I dont
eat nonveg due to religious reasons, in those
days, I consume paneer dishes to ensure I get
enough protein after my workout. My mom used to
prepare paneer butter masala whenever such days
took place.

4Indian breads
Rotis, paranthas, kokis, etc are really really
versatile. They go well with curries, they go
really well with lentils and even with a bit of
pickle or a mug of masala chai! All you need is a
couple of indian breads to keep you full until
the next meal.
Egg
If there was an awards ceremony for the best
amateur dishes, eggs would be on all the
nominees. Egg masala, half fry, boiled eggs,
french toast, name it, and have it. Eggs dont go
bad for a long time, are important sources of
protein and are really really yummy!
