The trademark search plays very important role to
find out any similar mark or the mark having
likelihood of confusion is already existing or
not. Particularly, it helps to identify the
registrability of the subject mark. If the
similar marks are existing during the search, the
possibility of getting the mark registered is not

Trademark Registration Services
A trademark is the unique identity that creates

unique identity may be a logo, device, slogan,

Trademark Renewal Services
Trademark protection is given for a period of ten
years. After the completion of ten years, the
trademark needs to periodically renew every ten
years by filing prescribed form with prescribed
fee at the trademark registry. The process of
renewal needs to be started six months before
expiry. However, the request for trademark
renewal can also made after expiration of
trademark but within six months after expiry of
registration by paying late renewal fee along
with prescribed form. The trademark mark will be
removed from the Trademark Register after
expiring the prescribed period. Even though, it
can be restored by filing of restoration of the
trademark application with prescribed fee.
