People everywhere are washing their hands now
more than ever due to COVID-19 and unfortunately

Moisturizers After every hand wash, use a good
hand moisturizer with a high percentage of
emollients such as shea butter, argan oil,
glycerin, grapeseed oil, castor oil, olive oil,
jojoba, petrolatum (a.k.a. petroleum jelly).
Coconut oil is also a great moisturizer.   Sun
Exposure Over exposure to the sun can seriously
dry out your skin. Always protect your hands
with sun block.   Deep Skin Treatments Apply a
liberal amount of moisturizer and put on gloves
before you go to sleep. This will help the
moisturizer to be absorbed overnight.   Gloves Whe
n washing dishes, cleaning or gardening with
soap, household cleaners outdoor chemicals, be
