Aboriginal Art is one of the more ancient
traditional arts in the world, going back
approximately 50,000 years. In early days,
Aboriginals did cave painting, rock painting, and
sand or ground painting. The newer generations
use acrylic paints on canvas to portray their
Dreamtime. These Aboriginal artworks are sought
after not only in Australia but worldwide.
According to Aboriginal mythology, Dreamtime is
the era when the world was dark. There was
nothing on earth the soil was soft. This was
when the forefathers sprang up from underneath
the soil and started building most of the
requirements for their needs and that of future
generations. They built mountains, rivers,
waterholes, trees, and light gardens. Dreamtime
is not a religion or a culture it is a way or
philosophy of living. Body painting, corroboree,
mens business, womens business, and other
cultural practices are strictly obeyed by the
Aboriginal people. Initially a nomadic people,
Aboriginals collected their food from nature, by
hunting and gathering. However, they never do
anything to hoard or spoil the nature of them
environment. They honour their ancestral lands
and the teachings from those ancestors.

• Wool polyester blend batting is a great option
  for quilters who are looking two-fold advantage
  beautiful looking quilts filled with warm and
  breathable wool and high quality polyester which
  resists formation of creases.  It is also more
  economical option in terms of cost.  The batting
  is anti-bacterial, anti-allergic and is ideal for
  both hand quilters as well as machine quilters. 
  This is 150 GSM batting with approximate 3-5
  shrinkage.  This batting is 91? wide

• Wool battings are easy to sew through and hence
  are excellent choice for hand quilters
• Wool is 100 non-allergic
• A natural product, wool is biodegradable and can
  be recycled easily
• Wool can absorb moisture without feeling wet.
   This will keep the quilt comfortable even on
  humid days
• Due to its moisture retention property, wool is
  more fire resistant than other materials
• Unlike other materials which get flatter with
  use, wool will remain fluffy.  As its fibers are
  kinked, wool springs back beautifully when it is
  compressed
• Presence of 50 polyester gives strength and
  durability to the batting
