Avoid Smoking
Smoking not only harms your lungs but also your
heart. According to research, smoking is the
primary cause of coronary disease which leads to
heart attack and also it doubles the chances of
heart disease.
It leads to a buildup of fatty substances in the
arteries, which is a chief contributor to deaths
from smoking. Secondhand smoke is also linked to
cardiovascular disease.

Maintain Weight
Excess weight is an enemy to your heart
healthbringing with it a slew of health risks.
Being overweight puts extra pressure on your
arterial walls and forces your heart to work
harder. It also puts you at risk for developing
other diseases, such as atherosclerosis, which
