Fruits are an important part of our diet. Most
experts recommend individuals to eat fruits and
vegetables daily in order to maintain strength
and build a good immune system.
But, should one eat fruits during the monsoon
season? The season gets several diseases and
infections with it and thus we should be careful
about which fruits and vegetables we consume
during this season.

should definitely eat Jamun Jamun is one of t
he most popular fruits which one can consume in
the rainy season.
This fruit is low in calories and rich in several
nutrients like iron, folate, potassium and
vitamins. Jamun is one of the best fruits to
boost immunity during the monsoon season and
should be definitely consumed. Litchi Not only
are Litchis one of the most delicious fruits but
also are rich in vitamin C.
