3How and When to Take the Online GMAT Exam at Home?
- The online GMAT exam was announced by the GMAC to
make every student possible to take the test from
home. Newly introduced GMAT exam is available
from 20th April to 14th August 2020. There's no
restriction on the day and time of the week. So,
we hope that you are all set and completed your
GMAT preparation. You can take it anytime of a
day and on any day of a week. However, you need
to schedule an appointment before 24 hours from
the preferred slot chosen by you.
4Online GMAT Exam - Who is Eligible?
- This option is available to the candidates from
the selected region. The online at-home GMAT exam
is for the candidates who live in impacted areas,
other than Mainland China, Slovenia, Sudan, Iran,
Cuba, and North Korea. Thus, anyone who has not
been able to take the exam at the GMAT Singapore
test center or any other test centers due to
COVID-19 are eligible for the at-home GMAT exam. - If you live in any of the nations mentioned
above, GMAC is working with the authorities of
your region. It is very much possible that they
will come up with an alternative to carrying out
the GMAT test.
5Are There Any Changes in the Online GMAT Exam?
- There're no changes if the structure of the
online GMAT exam. So, it is best in your interest
not to skip anything during the GMAT exam

before that looks like this - 31 questions and 62 minutes for Quant section
- 36 questions and 65 minutes for the Verbal
section - 12 questions and 30 minutes for the Integrated

not be the AWA section.
6In What Order the Sections Will Follow in the
Online GMAT Exam?

OS Windows 10, Windows 8.1 (32-bit and 64-bit) Mac OS 10.13 and above Note OS must pass Genuine Windows Validation.
Firewall Do not use VPN while taking the GMAT exam.
Internet Connection GMAC suggests the connection speed of 1 Mbps down/up. Don't use tethering hotspot.
Webcam The minimum resolution of webcam should be 640480 _at_ 10 fps.
Browser Settings Internet Cookies must be enabled. Pop-Up blocking setting(s) must be disabled.
Internet Browser The latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox should be used for web registrations or downloading the secure browser.
Display Screen resolution should be 1024 x 768 minimum in 16-bit color.
8Online Mode of GMAT Exam is Temporary?
- Yes, the online mode of taking the GMAT exam is
temporary and is available till the 14th of
August 2020. - The online mode of conducting the GMAT exam is
temporary. It is a measure to combat the problems
faced by authorities to administer the GMAT exam
due to the COVID situation across the globe.
