    The Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Mandir is a

    on 19 November 1801. It is one of the richest
    temples in India.The temple has a small mandap
    with the shrine for Siddhi Vinayak ("Ganesha who

    the Ashtavinayak (the eight manifestations of
    Ganesha in Maharashtra).

    of Lashkar-e-Taiba an extremist Islamistterrorist

    coordinated shooting and bombing attacks lasting
    four days across Mumbai. The attacks, which drew
    widespread global condemnation, began on
    Wednesday 26 November and lasted until Saturday
    29 November 2008. At least 174 people died,

    wounded.
