  • If you are an avid rom-com reader, then 50 First
dates, Just Go with it, of Forgetting Sarah
Marshell, have surely enticed you to visit this
destination. Hawaii has pristine beauty with
    mouth-melting delicatessens, incredible Asian
cuisine, but what attracts travelers most is the
sunset by the shore on the Big Island with a
gleaming orange sky radiating its glow in the
blue waters! Besides, the waterfalls and lava
fields are what make Hawaii a living ecstasy.

Here is a list of the top 10 best things to do on
the Big Island!

1 Hawaii Volcanoes National Park
  • Do you want a thrilling and adventurous trip on
your Hawaii Big Island trip? Then pack your bags
and gear up to witness the red hot lava at the
Hawaii Volcanoes National Park! Although there is
ample red mantle oozing from the various
destinations in the Hawaiian Islands, the Big
Island is the exact spot you must look for. In
2018 there was an active volcanic eruption, so
the place is still in its formative stage.
Besides the volcano, travelers are bewildered
with the national parks scenic beauty, which you
can experience by driving on the Crater Rim
Drive. For history buffs, the Jaggar museum in
the park is an ideal spot while a 20 minutes
walk down a tree fern forest through the Thurston
Lava Tubes is an impeccable experience.

beaches? But the dark black sand beach in
Punaluu Beach will change your perception of
beauty! It is formed from years of volcanic
eruptions at the Big Island. If you are
fortunate, you may encounter the endangered
Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles and Hawksbill Turtles.
Besides, you can dive Punaluuand enjoy
snorkeling and swimming. A walk down the black
sand beach with sunset by your side or a campfire
with over sky glittering with multiple stars is
    an ecstatic feeling.

Of you are a stargazer, this place is a
    must-visit destination as it has 13 high-powered
space telescopes to help you see the twinkling
lights. The observatory is famous for its
mesmerizing sunset views when an orange hue falls
on the snow-capped mountains, especially in
    winters!

cityscape, countryside is a rare view. So while

picturesque town of Kailua-Kona in Holualoa. The
place is ideal for relaxation after adventurous
trips and treks. There are inns with home-grown
veggies, coffee, and a small town with gardens

spectacular green sand beach? Yes, you heard it
right! A green sand beach at Papakolea, situated
on the southwestern coast, is one of the best
things to do in Hawaii Big Island. The beach has
billions of olivines-a green crystal erupted from
the Mauna Loa Volcano, which gave it a
    distinguished identity. Although reaching this
place isnt easy-peasy! It takes lots of energy,
plenty of water, adequate food, and will power to
hike 5 miles. The treacherous trails of this hike

viewed a manta ray feed? If yes, you have a
golden opportunity f witnessing this experience,
and for those who are unaware of manta rays, plan
your trip to the Kona Coast on Big Island. Here
you can find groups of manta rays wandering in
the sea to feed on planktons. Grab a SUP board
and dive in the ocean at night! The UV light from
the boards attracts several planktons, and the
massive manta rays will gracefully make an entry
to feed on them! You can also try scuba diving
    with the massive mantas!

  • The aromatic flavor of coffee can fill the room
with pure bliss! You can never finish your Big

volcanic soil helps produce smooth coffee. With
nearly 600 coffee farms in Kona, the Greenwell
Farms is most popular. Taste a variety of
home-grown coffee, and get a pack of caffeine
    before setting sail for home!

unmatched in the world. The soothing effect,
scenic beauty, and the aesthetic beauty of nature
at the Akaka Falls should be in your list of top
things to do in Hawaii Big Island. This largest
waterfall in Hawaii, located 11 miles north of

the punishments set by the judiciary? Well, it

the ancient era, Hawaii had a place named
Puuhonua, where criminals often ran off to take
refuge, absolve their crime, and start a normal
life. Although these laws no longer exist, you
can take a trip down the historic lanes and the
sacred site ofPuuhonua o Honaunau National
Historical Park. You can even get an eerie
feeling at the Hale o Keawe temple comprised of
the bones the chief that cast a spell of mana
