Google Chrome gives you the feasibility to sync
your emails, data on other devices. As soon as
you sign-in to Chrome, the Chrome sync option
will be turned on, and your emails on Gmail will
start synchronizing. But sometimes, Chrome users
face the problem of Google Chrome sync not
working. When the Chrome sync stops working,
your saved bookmarks, browsing history, emails,
and password will not sync. Changes made in the
data will not be visible on other devices.
Reasons for Chrome syncing problem The Google
Chrome syncing error is majorly caused due to the
Sync Passphrase error of Chrome. Google Chrome
uses your Gmail account to encrypt the synced
data by using the Sync Passphrase option. By
setting a Passphrase, your data can be

  • encrypted and stored on Cloud, where nobody can
    read it. This Passphrase is needed to continue
    the syncing between your devices while using
    Chrome.

  • Reshuffle your sync settings with the help of the

  • Enter your correct Passphrase under the
    Encryption Options.
  • Also, enter your previous Google account password
