About GEC

• Gandhi Engineering College, a name to reckon with
  in the field of technical education, was
  established in the year 2006, with due approval
  from AICTE, New Delhi and affiliation with BPUT,
  Odisha.
• Under the aegis of Dr. Satya Prakash Panda and
  stewardship of Mr. Manas Ranjan Panda the
  institution has grown leaps and bounds and has
  successfully carved a niche for itself. So much
  so that today it is the cherished destination of
  students across the country.

• Standing tall amidst a serene environment,
  sprawling over 25 acres, GEC is a campus of an
  architects delight. Beautifully ornate massive
  academic building, students activity centers,
  hostels, central library, central mess,
  auditorium, playing grounds, picturesque gardens
  all in a gated campus provides its students an
  atmosphere most conducive for learning.
• Away from the hustle bustle of the city but only
  15 kilometres from Bhubaneswar airport, 10kms
  from Baramunda bus stand, 20 kms from Bhubaneswar
  railway station and close to the NH5, GEC is a
  world onto itself.
• GEC takes pride in its cosmopolitan student mass
  who enjoy their stay in campus due to a secured
  and absolute ragging free environment. The
  management has taken all steps to ensure complete

  Academic Building
•  Academic building accomodates 35 classrooms, as
  many branch specific labs, seven computing
  centres, a 400 seater auditorium, four seminar
  halls, two conference rooms, seven GD and Campus
  Interview Rooms besides other common facilities
•  A double floored central library of 9000sq.ft.
  carpet area, named as Knowledge Centre.
•  In campus hostels for both ladies and gents
  abode for 1100 students

  GEC-SBI In-Campus branch, e- corner, provision
