Evan Aftosmes is pursuing a double major in
Economics and Chemistry from the University of
Pittsburgh. He has commendable communication and
leadership skills which develop a great
customer-oriented approach. He has an effective
management style which makes him efficient and

Evangelos Aftosmes can master and fully utilize
the Point of Sale service system. He has worked
in different restaurants as a host, cashier,
server, and cook. He was actively involved in all
restaurant operations from direct guest contact
to food production.

Evangelos Aftosmes can also balance cash drawers
and prepare the necessary paperwork. He is
well-reputed among other bartenders because of
his style of serving the food and greeting new
guests making a positive impact in the mind of
customers. This generated customer demand for
food and thus increasing sales.

Throughout his educational career, Evangelos
