people, so why not keep them in check. Since

It is important that you wear a hat, sunglasses,
and a long-sleeved shirt if youre going to be
outside for a long period of time. Stay hydrated
at all times and make sure to seek out shade.
Carry an after sun moisturizing lotion in case
you accidentally get sunburnt, dab some amount on
to your skin. The lotion will soothe the sunburn
and help restore your skins moisture to prevent
premature aging.

Add more antioxidants to your diet- Eat foods
with the highest antioxidant content, such as
berries, prunes, red kidney beans, pecans,
cherries, black plums, black beans, oily fish
with high omega 3 fatty acid content, etc.
Antioxidants are known to protect skin from free
radicals. Remember, a proper diet can make a
world of a difference to your skin.
