• About- Acid reflux also known as Gastroesophageal
  reflux disease (GERD) is a digestive disease in
  which backflow of stomach acid irritates the
  food pipelining (esophagus).
• Symptoms-
• Heartburn, usually after eating
• Chest pain
• Difficulty swallowing
• Regurgitation
• Bad breath
• Sour taste
• A sensation of a lump in the throat
• Vomiting
• Breathing problems
• Causes-
• GERD occurs due to malfunctioning of the lower
  oesophageal sphincter. The common risk factors
  include
• Obesity
• Stress
• A hiatus hernia
• Consuming particular foods like carbonated
  beverages, coffee, and chocolate etc.
