Mr. Manas Ranjan Murlidhar Rana Roles as a System
Engineer in LNSS September 11, 2020 For many
years, Mr. Manas Ranjan Murlidhar Rana has used
his vast knowledge of database, operating
systems, Hadoop, and other aspects of Big Data
to benefit large numbers of organizations in the
world. In this blog post, we will discuss his
roles as a Systems Engineer and as an expert on

Studies abbreviated as LNSS. Overview of Manas
Ranjan Murlidhar Rana and LNSS Mr. Manas Ranjan
Murlidhar Rana worked for a leading professional
photography service provider named LNSS from
November 2010 to July 2014. This was the first
job of Mr. Manasranjan Murlidhar Rana, where he
played the role of production support expert and
handled eight team members. He knows varieties of
web technologies, like JavaScript, XML, and HML,
while expertise in handling different online
servers powered by leading companies. These are
WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, IIS, and Tomcat. On the
other side, LNSS is a photography company, whose
experts provide outstanding photography solutions
to both families and schools. Tools He Used for
Accomplishing Different LNSS Projects We know
that Mr. Manasranjan Murlidhar Rana learned
different concepts and techniques during his
Bachelor of Science degree in Information
Technology stream followed by a Masters in
Computer Application. Thus, based on his
expertise, he used a variety of tools to fulfill
his responsibilities in LNSS. These include
Oracle Service Bus, WebLogic, Foglight Monitoring
Tool, Winscp, Putty, IIS Server, NAGIOS
Monitoring Tool, and Tomcat Apache.

Here, Oracle Service Bus transforms brittle and
complex architectures into various agile
integrated networks. Mr. Manasranjan Murlidhar
Rana thus used Oracle Bus to connect and manage
interactions between various types of services
and applications. Moreover, he used the
eCommerce based online transaction- processing
platform named WebLogic while working in his
designation as a Systems Engineer in
LNSS. WebLogic platform connects users in a
distributed computation environment and allows
the integration of various mainframe applications
with the help of distributed business data and
applications. After this, we will talk about
Tomcat Apache, which is an application server
designed for the execution of Java servlets and
rendering of web pages using Java server coding.
Tomcat is responsible to operate varieties of
websites and applications online. Along with
this, Mr. Manas Ranjan Murlidhar Rana and his
entire team put their best possible efforts to
use Foglight tools to integrate with the existing
ones easily. Thus, he succeeded to analyze and
monitor data from different sources across the
infrastructure and view it by using a single
interface. Responsibilities Fulfilled by Mr.
Rana in LNSS As mentioned before, Mr. Rana
worked for LNSS for about 4years and during this
period, he played different roles and gave
various contributions, which include the
following- Monitoring, Building, and Maintenance
of the System Health Mr. Manasranjan used his
IT-related knowledge to monitor the systems
health by using alerts, logs, monitoring tools,
manual procedures, and application-specific
checks. He even used the expertise to build,
publish, and monitor different metrics of a
health system. Contribution towards Capacity
Planning and its Expansion

Mr. Manasranjan Murlidhar Rana has identified,
tracked, and evaluated the baseline measures of
a system resource to provide support to business
capacity planning and its expansion. Gives
Support to Multiple Systems The entire team led
by Mr. Rana has integrated, administered, and
provided support to multiple systems to make
sure of the smooth operation of LNSS Company.
Simultaneously, he designed, configured, and gave
support to monitoring tools. Application of RCA
Techniques RCA is the acronym of root cause
analysis and its techniques involve the
application of various analysis tools, like
scatter diagram, Pareto chart, failure mode, and
effect analysis, and similar others, which intend
to identify the underlying problems and to
resolve outrageous incidents. Performing
Technical Implementations for the Software We
know that software implementation is a
complicated procedure, where each stage involves
the transformation of the TDP i.e. technical data
package of the software to make it ready for the
phase of acceptance testing. Here, the technical
data package consists of fabrication and
integration, and testing of various items belong
to the category of software configuration. Indeed
, the phases and steps associated with the
technical implementation of software, especially
business software is not an easy task. However,
Mr. Manasranjan Murlidhaar Rana used his IT and
computer application skills to conduct the
technical implementation of various business
software solutions powered by LNSS before their
release for further testing and final launch.
