• This service has a 48 hour average turnaround
  time and includes a Fit to Fly certificate
  issued by our medical team which is a requirement
  to board the flight with some airlines.

SUPER FAST EXPRESS COVID-19 PCR SWAB with under
24 hour turnaround time for those with time
urgency 350.

• Regent Street Clinic is able to now offer a
  super fast turnaround service using another UKAS
  accredited laboratory that can return a result
  within 24 hours. We arrange for our private
  drivers to take the samples directly each day
  such that the result is available by lunchtime
  the following day. We then e-mail the result
  Fit to Travel certificate (where applicable)
  seven days per week.

When should I book my appointment?

• This depends on the service you choose. Our
  standard service requires tests to be taken at
  least 2-3 days before the flight departure.
• Although we have calculated the process to
  complete within two working days, we advise you
  to book your appointment three days in advance if
  possible.

Do I require a Fit to Fly Letter with COVID-19
testing?

• Please check with your travel agent and the
  airline. It is also a good idea to look for the
  latest travel advisory by the government about
  your destination country on the FCO (Foreign
  Commonwealth Office) website.
• You may want to get tested for your own peace of
  mind pre-travel so that you know you have done
  everything in your control to avoid infecting
  others on your journey.

COVID DIRECT HOME TESTING SERVICE 350

• We offer a home testing service provided by our
  trained staff who will attend your address (home,
  work etc) and take the PCR swab and forward it
  immediately to our private laboratory. Results
  will be emailed or posted within 48-72 hours.
• This service is very popular with business and
  those who prefer the comfort and ease of being
  tested at home, especially if feeling under the
  weather.

PCR swab testing the procedure

• The PCR swab test is painless and quick. A swab
  (similar to a thin cotton bud) is taken from the
  back of the throat and up the nose, the whole
  procedure takes around 1 minute and causes no
  distress at all.

• We will try our best as we can to get your test
  processed as quickly as possible. We are
  confident that the timelines we have advised as
  above are achievable in almost all cases.
• There is no guarantee of turnaround or
  fulfillment as we are reliant upon our
  laboratory, who have an excellent track record of
  delivering on time. Over 98 of our sample
  requests have been fulfilled on time since we
  started offering these tests in June 2020.
• The lab which we use is one of the largest and
  most experienced in the UK, who are able to meet
  the high volumes of requests.
