At the Department of Children and Families,
Camden NJ, Steven Biczel worked as the case
manager at Division of Youth and Family Services
for 4 years. He presented himslef in court as a
witness on behalf of the Deputy Attorney General
to advocate for the child.

Steven Biczel graduated with full accreditation
from the Council for Accreditation of Counseling
and Related Educational Programs in May 2014.

Behavioral Center- Mental Health Tech II at
Riverside Behavioral Center, Punta Gorda FL. He

earned BS Education with full certi?cation as an
elementary school teacher with a co-ordinate
major in Psychology. He kept monthly in-person
contact with the family with the aim to offer

care services to the families.
