Most of us experience muscular pain because of
lack of nutrition in their diet. Now, this is
where Vitamin D has a very important role to
play. It ensures ideal functioning of the muscles
and helps with the calcium absorption and
strengthens the bones and muscles.

your muscle pain wont vanish unless and until
stress doesnt decrease. Stress makes it even
harder for the body to fight off disease, which
