Reason Of Heart IssuesIn Young Generations

  • The increase in young people having heart
attacks is dramatically on the rise. Experts say
this is due to poor lifestyle choices such as
lack of exercise and a bad diet. And unless
something changes, the number will only continue
    to increase

1 Genetics

  • Heart attacks can happen to anyone but the risk
is especially high when genetics come into play.
Primordial and primary prevention is crucial for
those with a family history of heart disease.
  • Family history

2 High blood pressure

  • The excess strain and resulting damage from high
blood pressure causes the coronary arteries
serving the heart to slowly become narrowed from
a buildup of fat, cholesterol and other
substances that together are called plaque. This
slow process is known as atherosclerosis.

  • 4 Being overweight
  • 3 Lack of sleep
  • Your brain will fog, making it difficult to
concentrate and make decisions. You'll start to
feel down and may fall asleep during the day. If
it continues, lack of sleep can affect your
overall health and make you prone to serious
medical conditions, such as obesity, heart
disease, high blood pressure and diabetes.
  • Overweight and obesity may increase the risk of
many health problems, including diabetes, heart
    disease, and certain cancers.

5 Smoking

  • Smoking cigarettes makes the walls of your
arteries sticky from the chemicals, so fatty
material can stick to them. If the arteries that
carry blood to your heart get damaged and
clogged, it can lead to a heart attack. If this
happens in the arteries that carry blood to your
brain it can lead to a stroke.

6 High cholesterol

  • Your body needs cholesterol to build healthy
cells, but high levels of cholesterol
can increase your risk of heart disease.
With high cholesterol, you can develop fatty
deposits in your blood vessels. Sometimes, those
deposits can break suddenly and form a
clot that causes a heart attack or stroke.
  • High Cholesterol When you have more than your
body needs, cholesterol can cause plaque to build
up in your arteries. This thick, hard
plaque can clog your arteries like a blocked
pipe. Reduced blood flow can lead to
    a stroke or heart attack.

7 Diabetes

  • Over time, high blood glucose from diabetes can
damage your blood vessels and the nerves that
control your heart and blood vessels. The longer
you have diabetes, the higher the chances that
    you will develop heart disease.
  • It's called a silent heart attack. It can happen
to anyone, but diabetes makes you more likely to
have one. You might not feel anything at all. Or
it could feel mild, like heartburn or the odd
    ache or pain.
