  steps given below carefully.
• At first, open the folder which contains your
  company file.
• Navigate the transaction log file and the company
  file which have the same name but different
  extensions.
• Now, right-click the file and select the Rename
  option.
• Next, add .OLD at the end of the file name and
  enter any new name.
• Similarly, you must rename the transaction log
  file without deleting the extension.
• Now, open QuickBooks and try to login to the
  company file.
