Ipl latest news   IPL 2021 New Rules which will
come up for discussion Indian Premier League
(IPL) 2020 concluded just a couple of weeks ago

franchises are in favour of 5 foreigners within
the playing 11 rather than 4 that has been the
norm for the past 13 editions of the league.
