Cost to set-up DEWA

  2000AED for living apartment.
• This amount once paid will be refunded once you
  vacate the property

  for services given by Dubai Municipality. This
  can be calculated at 5 percent of your yearly
  rent.
• An admin fee of 10AED is additionally charged for
