High Pressures Die Casting
High pressures die casting process is a
reasonable manufacturing method of pouring and
cooling of liquid metal into a mold hollow
cavity. It can be also separated into expendable
and non-expendable castings both reliant on the
material utilized for mold, the technique of
pouring, and the procedure of application. High
pressures die casting allows rapid production and
castings in a huge volume.

Low-pressure Die Casting
low pressure die casting is a new and advanced
technology that produces castings when the molten
aluminum metal forced into the molds to get
hardened at a certain level of pressure. We are
exporting some die casting moulds, low pressure
die casting mould and gravity die casting mould
to many countries like USA, ITALY, GERMANY, SPAIN
and IRAN etc. At the same time, we design and
produce moulds for our own aluminum casting
foundry and other foundries in China as well.

Gravity Casting
Gravity casting is a permanent die casting
process, which is similar to the sand casting
process. The pouring molten metal into the mold
from a vessel of a ladle and it solidified
quickly to form casts.

single mold. When it comes to the durability of
moulds, it depends on the die casting materials
