What is Plain Weave or Dutch Weave?
The plain Dutch weave is fundamentally the same
as the plain weave, but the plain Dutch weave has
a much heavier mesh count which makes it denser
but less permeable. This makes the plain Dutch
weave a lot sturdier and more grounded than a
plain weave and is all the more firmly woven
together for a superior more robust and durable
experience. At the same time, the open area
drastically reduces and permeability / particle
sizing capability of the Dutch weave mesh is what
separates it from other weaves.

Plain Dutch
Plain Dutch weaves offer strength and
inflexibility alongside fine filtration
capacities. Twilled Dutch weaves offer
significantly better in strength and give better
filtration results. In a twilled weave, the wires
traverse, permitting heavier wires and higher
mesh forms.
