• This two week Yoga Immersion Retreat in India
  builds the practical foundation to learn yoga in
  a systematic way for beginners, who want to
  establish a daily home practice. Intermediate
  students who have been doing yoga but not
  established well enough in their practice, can
  equally benefit from this beginners yoga
  course.Senior citizens or students who are not
  comfortable practicing yoga in regular city
  classes find this retreat a perfect opportunity
  to explore their body, breath, and mind in a safe
  environment. We welcome all students and
  customize the classes to their abilities and
  needs.This Yoga Retreat for beginners covers
  daily practice of meditation, two yoga sessions,
  and one theory class. The 4 hours of free time in
  the afternoon allows you to relax, go for a walk
  in mother nature, read inspiring books for self
  reflection, or take some Ayurveda treatments in
  our ashram. We also offer Private Coaching or
  consultations with our expert teachers during
  this afternoon break.

Minimum Stay

• If you cannot spare 2 weeks, it is possible to
  come for 10 days. It is ideally recommended to
  start on the first day with other students, then
  depart after 10 days. It might be possible to
  join in a few days later, if we have enough
  accommodation. The cost for 10 days will be the
  same as the full 2 week retreat.

• AyurYoga Eco-Ashram campus is designed as per the
  principles of Permaculture, to give an experience
  of living in harmony with Mother Nature. The
  accommodation in the ashram and amenities are
  simple but very comfortable enough for yogis,
  comparing to most of the hotels and homestays in
  India.

About Location

• AyurYoga Eco-ashram is located in a 18 acre
  Organic Farm, on the bank of River Kabini, in
  Mysore District, Karntaka, India. Our location is
  far away from any hustle and bustle of the modern
  India and surrounded with agricultural fields for
  several miles all around. With panoramic views of
  the valleys and hills around, our surroundings
  change colour every month, as farmers grow
  varieties of crops at different seasons.
