• The company had been investing heavily on BI
  platforms but was finding adoption challenging.
  They wanted an interactive system that could
  facilitate reporting in real time.

• We created an Azure Data storage for real-time
  data alongside a Virtual Analyst with the help of
  Azure Bot Framework, that followed a decision
  tree and provided insights in the form of cards.
• The Virtual Analyst was deployed on MS Teams for
  an easy interface with the help of Azure App
  Service, with a customized persona to develop a
  QA format conversation.

• The customized persona of the Virtual Analyst
  made it more relatable to stakeholders.
• The QA format used derived engagement with the
  stakeholders, which were able to make more
  data-driven decisions, increasing the speed of
  decision making.
• As a result there is no need to move outside of
  MS Teams to refer numbers during meetings.
