Documents required

• 1. Proof of Identity Any Identity card with a
  unique identification number (UID). For example,

  ID card, or driving license.
• 2. Proof of Address Documents like Passport,
  Voter ID, Driving License, Flat Maintenance bill,
  Insurance Copy with valid address details.
• 3. Proof of Income You can submit a photocopy of
  ITR i.e. Income Tax Return
• 4. Proof of Bank Account Proof of Bank Account
  is one of the documents needed to open demat
  account. You can submit a canceled cheque leaf as
  proof for your bank account.
• 5. PAN Card PAN Card is a mandatory document
  that must be submitted by every applicant. Only
  applicants who are exempted from obtaining PAN
  cards are not required to submit this document
• 6. 1 to 3 Passport Size Photographs
