Solution 1- Updating Banking in QuickBooks
Desktop
  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop on your system and go to
    the Banking section from the left panel.
  2. If you want only some of your accounts to update,
    then click to unselect the unwanted account.Blue
    check indicates the selected bank and grey check
    indicates it is not selected for updates.
  3. Now, once you choose the account that you want to
    update, click Update button from top-right
    corner of screen.
  4. If prompted, you need to enter your Multi-Factor
    Authentication(MFA) and click on Continue
    Update.
  5. When the update is successfully done, you will
    receive a notification and also notice that the
    date of the last update and total number of
    transaction has been changed.
