Being healthy includes healthy eating, physical
activities, weight management, and stress
management. Good health allows people to do many
things. A healthy lifestyle also incorporates a
balanced diet.

What should we do to stay healthy?
1.We should sleep well
  • Sleep plays a vital role in good health and
    well-being throughout your life.
  • Getting enough quality sleep at the right times
    can help protect your mental health,
    physical health, quality of life, and safety. 
  • Sleep helps your brain work properly. While
    you're sleeping, your brain is preparing for the
    next day.

2. We should eat well
  • A healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole
    grains and low-fat dairy can help to
    reduce your risk of heart disease by maintaining
    blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
  • High blood pressure and cholesterol can be a
    symptom of too much salt and saturated fats
    in your diet.

3. We should exercise regularly
  • Regular physical activity can improve your muscle
    strength and boost your endurance.
