Our Services

• KIDS ADVANCED PROGRAM

• This course is for students aged 8 to 13, and is
  focused primarily on competition.
• Program curriculum is based on competition
  scenarios, and includes more advanced jiu jitsu
  techniques and drills.
• Students will cover positions more in-depth and
  work toward building a more balanced and complete
  jiu jitsu game.

Womens only Class

• Whether you are interested in self defense,
  fitness, or competition, this class adjusts to
  meet any womans specific needs and goals.
• The class is led by one of the most successful
  female competitors in the sport World Champion
  Angelica Galvao. Prof. Angelica Galvao is a
  mother, wife, and competitor, and will help you
  reach any goal you have in mind. We welcome you
  to try it!

Fundamentals class

• The Fundamentals Program is designed to focus on
  the core techniques that every jiu jitsu
  practitioner should know.
• With this program, students will be able to
  improve their overall jiu jitsu knowledge,
  improve their movement and coordination, and
  receive an introduction to more advanced jiu
  jitsu techniques.

• Competition class

• Focused primarily on sparring, our Competition
  Program is designed to prepare students for
  competition.
• Students will get an overview of tournament
  scenarios and how to handle certain situations
  that will arise on the competition mat.
• This intense program is led by multiple-time
  World Champion black belt Andre Galvao, and is
  guaranteed to help students feel confident and
  prepared for their upcoming competition.
• This program is offered to all belt levels, but
  by invitation only.
