Delta Flight on the same day. There will be no
charges for standby in such cases depending on
the availability of seats. You will be able to
exercise more flexibility to confirm your seats
for no cost if you are a Mileage Plus member.
Will I get any refund if there is a fare
difference for the new flight? In case your new
flight is lesser than the previous you will be
issued a future flight credit as a fare
difference depending on the type of ticket
purchased. In case the new flight fare is
costlier you will be eligible for extra charges.

What are the 24-Hour change fees of Delta
Airlines? You can make free Delta Airlines
Flight Changes and Cancellation 24 hours of your
flight booking. However, charges may apply if you
are cancelling it after 24 hours. No fee changes
applicable for Standard fare tickets issued
between March 3, 2020, and May 31, 2021. Is
there any change fee if I have already booked my
ticket? You will not have any change fees if you
have booked your flight ticket on or after March
3, 2020. You will also have no change fees if
your scheduled flight was between March 3, 2020,
and January 31, 2021, due to travel waivers
already in place.
