5Our Airend Rotors are highly efficient and world
renowned for its 5/6 profiles Lower inter-lobe
leakage losses Higher the number of lobes,
smaller is the pressure difference between the
two neighboring working chambers. Thus the
inter-lobe leakage losses is reduced. Hence
leakage to delivery ratio decreases as the number
of rotor lobes is increased. Larger Wrap Angle
More number of lobes combined with larger wrap
angle ensures multiple rotor contact. This
reduces vibration, thereby minimizes noise, wear
tear of the components like Bearings, Seals
etc. Larger Discharge Port It Decreases the
discharge velocity, thereby reduces the discharge
pressure losses, thereby increase the overall
compressor efficiency.Larger Rotor Size Our
Airends are built with larger size rotor with 5/6
profile that consumes lower specific power than
the traditional profiles.

/ hoses in internal pipeline systems. Our
experience says, the hoses become consumables and
increases the maintenance cost.Our RENAiR
compressors comes with seamless steel pipe
fitting to ensure that there is No leakages,
internal pressure losses, thereby keep the
maintenance cost to minimal.

8Independent Cooler Fan MotorMost compressors
operate the Airend and Cooler fan from the same
shaft, meaning that both components must always
be in operation at the same time. With an
independent fan motor, In Our RENAiR compressor,
the digital controller starts and stops the
Cooler Fan Motor, based on air temperature,
thereby savings the Energy.

9Separator inside the pressure storage
tankGenerally most of the Screw Compressors are
manufactured using Spin on Air Oil Separators for
Easy assembly Low Cost solutions, but in our
compressors we use Bucket type Air Oil Separator
which benefits the customer for high reliability,
low pressure drop, low oil residue i-e less than
2 ppm, low oil consumption and longer service
intervals.

Permanent magnet synchronous motors are built by
using permanent magnets embedded in the steel
rotor to create a constant magnetic field.
The stator inside the motor carries windings
connected to an AC supply to produce a rotating
magnetic field. Then at synchronous speed, the
rotor poles lock to the rotating magnetic
field The inherent efficiency of a permanent
magnet motor is higher than an induction motor.
Both motors use a three-phase design through
fully optimized performance. The eddy current
losses in permanent magnet motors will be far
lesser than in induction motors. Moreover, the
slippage as in like induction motors is
eliminated in permanent magnet motors thereby
improving your heat efficiency.
