  VALUE, HIS PASSION FOR FOOD CAME ALIVE. ONCE JOEL
  FINISHED HIS 10 YEARS IN THE MILITARY, JOEL
  IMMEDIATELY ENROLLED HIMSELF IN CULINARY SCHOOL.
