DE-ESCALATION TRAINING AIMS
Across the half-day or full-day workshop, staff
will be given methods and techniques in order to
make them confidently address people in a
challenging situation of violence and aggression.
An ethos of understanding and empathy are at the
core of what we do, and we hope by building on
this understanding as the foundation of what you
will learn, you will be able to adapt your own
behaviors and reactions to best keep everyone
safe. The goal is to deal with such incidents
effectively, whilst keeping a professional manner
