Prerequisites for availing this service
  • Taxpayer and CA should be registered on the
    e-Filing portal with valid user ID and password
  • Status of PAN of the Taxpayer and CA is Active
  • Taxpayer must have assigned CA for Form 29B under
    My CA
  • CA should have a valid Digital Signature
    Certificate (DSC) registered on the e-Filing
    portal, which is not expired

  • Form 29B three components - Part A, Part B / Part
    C and an Audit Report. The form has annexures
    with three parts.
  • The first portion is applicable to all
    businesses, but the second and third parts are
    only applicable under particular circumstances.
  • Before starting to fill the form, the registered
    CA will be asked if Part B and Part C are
    applicable, and the parts will be made available
    for filling out accordingly.
