  by sending a Demand Draft of 200 INR/- to the
  Director, School of Distance Education,
  Bharathiar University, Coimbatore with a
  self-addressed envelope of size 30cm24cm.
• Online application form can be download from the
  university website and enclose a Bank Challan or
  Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank for 150
  INR/-.

Madras University

• Madras University Distance Learning Admission
  Procedure
• Candidates can apply through online registration
  of application. Candidates are advised to
  download the prospectus and schedule from the
  university website and the schedule will not be
  sent to candidates by post. It is also advised to
  pay the tuition fee through online along with the
  application form. Candidates with bachelors
  degree (minimum of three years duration) or
  Masters degree or equivalent degree from a
  university recognized by the UGC/AIU with at
  least 50 aggregate marks are eligible to apply
