Eating fresh fruit is associated with low
diabetic risk. However, if you already have the
condition, there are a few foods you need to
avoid. If you have been running away from the
fruits due to their sugar content, there is no
reason to do so. Higher food consumption is in no
way related to higher blood sugar levels. Adults
who consumed fruits more frequently had lower
chances of developing diabetes. We cover below
the worst food for diabetics.  However, this
result only focused on fresh fruits and not dried
or fruit juice. For this, we broadened our
research

and looked at the worst fruits for diabetes under
a particular condition.  Worst fruits to Eat One
can say that no fruit is worst. However, there
might be some that benefit you more. Fruits like
blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, dark
cherries and Kiwi have benefits the diabetic
patient. All fruits deliver fibre and nutrients

You dont need to avoid them altogether, though.
Instead, the focus should be on how quickly the
blood sugar level increases with eating these
foods and checking them regularly . Some fruits
slow down the absorption of glucose from the
fruit preventing the blood sugar level from
spiking too high.
