Plan B for Employees, Competitive Exam Aspirants
Like UPSC MPSC
2
  • Candidates those who have appeared in UPSC or
MPSC have suggested having a plan B in mind in
case things dont go right for them and they fail
to get success make sure that you have a time
frame in mind and how much time you are going to
invest in these competitive exams. (BBGV582021)
  • According to a rough estimate in Maharashtra,
around three to three point five lakh candidates
appear in MPSC exams and around six thousand
candidates clear written exam and four hundred
candidates reach in final exams almost same
condition is with the UPSC candidates so it is
always suggested to have a plan B in mind in this
article I am going to discuss about RTE in
    industry.
  • The food concept of RTE which is common in
western countries is new in India. Many factors
such as the increasing population of working
women in India, and busy work schedules, and
habit of on the go consumption are making the
    packaged food popular.
  • To fulfil the requirement of large consumers To
fulfil the requirement of large consumers several
RTE brands are coming up in the market, the new
brands are trying to create a niche market for
themselves like breakfast cereals, frozen food,
    and chutney, etc.
  • Extremely competitive and dynamic market The RTE
market is extremely unpredictable and extreme
competition is there .with the help of trial and
error I have understood that the RTE food brand
should work on the below aspect.

3
  • Know Your Customers you should understand, which
customer will prefer your brand, in todays time
young people are very much health conscious and
want to make sure that whatever they are eating
has nutritional value and at the same time they
want taste also so nutrition and test both are
    important for the customer.
  • The demand for ready to eat food products has
been increasing In todays time because of the
busy lifestyle the demand for RTE food has
increased and at the same time even income level
is rising in-country. When you are thinking about
health it is obvious that the cost of food will
also increase but in todays time people are
ready to pay some extra money for fresh food so
this is also a beneficial factor for the RTE
    industry.
  • Indian food cooking style has changed in past few
years Indian food cooking style has changed in
past few years because of the developed
technology and several other factors as
urbanization and even working populations have
increased and a number of working females has
also increased the number of the nuclear families
has also increased and this is a big reason that
because of busy schedule people are shifting
towards RTE food as they want to save time which
is involved in preparing food nowhere if you can
understand what is the demand of you customer you
will be able to fill that gap and will certainly
benefit in RTE business if you can provide the
desired product to your would-be customers.

  • RTE food industry can be certainly a Plan B for
Competitive Exam Aspirants Candidate those who
have appeared in competitive exams and even after
hard work them dont get success so in that case
you can always look for plan B that is the RTE
industry where you can grow and be successful as
an entrepreneur. UPSC aspirants can invest Rs.3-4
lacs and earn Rs.30-40 thousand monthly. With
    their studies.
