ABOUT UNIVERSITY
PDM is a private university. It is located in
Bahadurgarh, Haryana. As soon as 1995, the Prabhu
Dayal Memorial Religious Educational
Association set it up. Above all, the government
of Haryana gave it the status of university in
2006. It has various undergraduate and
postgraduate programs for its students. Moreover,
there are over 15,000 students on the campus. It
has a sprawling campus of 95 acres. Moreover,
since its inception, the university has enabled
its students with leadership skills to serve
humanity. Especially, Microsoft has recognized
the university as the number one Ed-Vantage
Platinum Campus in Haryana.

HISTORY
Located in the NCR region, The University is
nearby the capital. Especially, PDM is one of the
esteemed private Universities. In fact, it was
set up by the PDM Religious Educational group.
Moreover, the university is run and managed by
the same. Above all, its vision is to offer
services to the society by nurturing and training
the human capital. Hence, it has the most modern
campus adorned with hi-tech technology. As a
result, a number of approving authorities and
organizations like UGC, BCI, AIU, PCI, NCT, COA,
DCI, etc. all have given it their approval. The
university has a number of Faculties engaged in
various disciplines like Agriculture, Allied
Health Sciences, Commerce and Management, Dental
Science, Education, Humanities and Social
Sciences, etc. Besides, PDM University values
training. As a result, its placement and training
cell equip the students with the right mindset
and approach towards exhibiting oneself as having
true potential. Its placement cell takes care of
such programs. For instance, some of the leading
groups which participate in the recruitment drive
are Google, Voltas, HCL, Wipro, Tommy Hilfiger,
Reliance Jio, Aditya Birla Group, etc.

INFRASTRUCTURE
Infrastructure provides a holistic environment.
Moreover, it should be conducive to studying.
Hence, an infrastructure must take care of all
the modern necessities of students like safety,
lodging, Wi-Fi-connectivity with high-speed
bandwidth, State-of-art classrooms, sports
facilities, etc. Some of the notable features of
infrastructure at PDM University are listed
below Campus and Classrooms The university has
a sprawling green campus. In fact, it is as huge
as 95acres. The classrooms have modern
audio-visual tools. So, it becomes easier for
students to grasp the information.
Round-the-clock Wi-Fi is providing connectivity
to academic buildings, labs, hostels, etc. inside
the campus. The university has a generator to
take care of the 24x7 power supply. Besides,
mineral water is supplied throughout the campus.

Hostel and Accommodation The hostels can
accommodate up to more than 700 students. In
fact, there are eight hostels for boys and girls
in total. Every room has basic furniture and
amenities. For instance, each room has a bed,
study table, AC or cooler, etc. There are also
laundry facilities. Health and fitness For
fitness enthusiasts, there is a gym on the campus
of PDM University. It also has the latest workout
equipment. Furthermore, a facility for outdoor
and indoor games like football, billiard, etc. is
available. For medical emergencies, there is a
hospital with a capacity of 100 beds. Besides, it
is open 24X7.

INFRASTRUCTURE

• Library and other Amenities Cafes and
  restaurants have proper air-conditioning.
  Moreover, they serve multi-cuisine dishes at
  reasonable prices. In other words, the cafes and
  restaurants provide a satisfying experience
  without burning a hole in the pocket. PDM has a
  fleet of buses for safer and better
  transportation facilities. It has 125 buses
  running on the road.  Facilities for ATMs,
  Post-office, and banks are also available.  A
  huge, well-stocked library. It also remains open
  even in the evening for hostellers.  PDM has a
  vast library. It was set up in 1999. It has a
  collection of both print as well as digital
  reference material. There are more than 48,000
  books in the library. To sum up, the library is
  sufficiently equipped. A professional team of
  security guards is recruited so that the whole
  campus could be under their responsible
  vigilance. Moreover, there are more than 300
  cameras to aid the guards in their job.

15 October 2019 The students of PDM University
studying B.Pharma and M. Pharma went on an
industrial visit to Haridwar.  25 September
2019 The University celebrated Worlds
Pharmacists day on the college campus. Moreover,
Dr. H. Chaudhary, Dean of Faculty of
Pharmaceutical Science, welcomed everyone.
