• Filtering and cooling lubricating oil as it flows
  through a closed loop system to all of the
  system's connected terminals is the goal of these
  systems.
• They can be employed as a standby for your
  equipment-driven lubrication system or to
  regularly condition oil in non-circulating
  reservoirs.

  design and fabricate these systems, given our 30
  years of experience developing lubrication
  products and our comprehensive line of system
  components, which includes reservoirs, sight
  glasses, breathers, filters, strainers, pumps,
  pump motor adapters, heaters, heat exchangers,
  couplings, and fittings.
• We specialise in automatic lubrication systems
  with flow rates less than 50 GPM. Reservoirs with
  sizes ranging from 5 to 1000 gallons will be used
  in these systems, which will be sized according
  to API guidelines or other industrial
  requirements.
• Paper machinery, fans/blowers, electric motors,
  turbines, test stands, printing presses, machine
  tool pumps, and gear boxes have all been
  successfully supplied by SP Engineers Industries.
  Before submitting a request for quote, examine
  the system criteria listed below to appropriately
  size and configure the circulating oil system for
  your application. Oil is pulled from the
  reservoir by a pump and expelled at the
  lubricating point in O.C.S. Oil is returned to
  the reservoir via a retuning line after passing
  through a filter and a cooler. It should be clean
  and at room temperature before pumping the oil
  again.
